DAA – Food Drive for the Homeless
DAA and DAANA have conducted food drives over the past few weeks in different locations in Hyderabad, India.
With the help of our members and volunteers at DAA, we conducted food drives in various localities of Langar Houz, Dilsukhnagar, Malakpet, Asifnagar, Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital Area, Hassan Nagar, and Indira Nagar over the past week. Roughly Fed 100 people from all denominations every day.
DAA @ Old Age Home in Dar us Suffa
DAA Team looks into the medical services part of the old age home – Dar Us Suffa situated at Mehdipatnam where there are 17 residents between 60 to 90 years of age.
DAA Teams Visit to Dar Us Suffa Old Age Home was on 4th November, 2017.
Dr. Kishore Koya (Dentist) rounded on the patients at Dar Us Suffa Old Age Home on 8th November, 2017 and offered bedside treatment to the residents of Old age home
DAA Team also organized Sunday visits and consultations by the alumni doctors at Dar Us Suffa Old Age Home on 12th November 2017. Dr. Asif Haneef (Orhtopedics) and Dr. Imran (Internal Medicine) participated in the visits.
DAA Team met with Mrs. Saba Quadri, founder of Help Hyderabad, to discuss facilitating their clinics at Hasmathpet, Falaknuma and Balapur by DCMS alumni to volunteer consultations.
