Coronavirus Relief Efforts


 

The DCMS Alumni Association (DAA) and Deccan Alumni Association of North America (DAANA) are actively helping in the Coronavirus Pandemic Relief efforts as physicians on the front lines all across the world.

 

“We are more than 4500 doctors from across the globe. “We are undertaking delivery of provision of basic necessities – ration kits, medical teleconsultations and donation of Personal Protective Equipment PPE” said Dr. Naseem Majid, General Secretary DAA.

More than 100 PPE kits have been donated to Gandhi Medical College with plans to do more distributions at Fever Quarantine Hospital, Muslim Maternity Hospital and others in the near future. 

“As physicians we understand how important these PPE kits are with a number of doctors vulnerable of getting infected by COVID-19 while treating their patients.”

Ration Distribution

The association has already provided ration kits of basics necessities in different parts of Hyderabad beside reaching out to some other local Hyderabad organizations undertaking this noble work.
